Tamagotchi was launch in 1996, and it became a playground buzz with kids addicted to their digital pets.

The egg-shaped, plastic pet could evolved from a pet into a character, and it can inhabit lands, as well as get married and breed.

The most expensive Tamagotchi ever be sold was $2999.

 

2) Original Furby

Furby is an American electronic robotic toy that was originally released in 1998 by Tiger Electronics.  An iconic toy which is remembered by many as a simple, adorable chattering fad.

 Over 40 million Furbies were sold during the three years of its original production, with 1.8 million sold in 1998, and 14 million in 1999.

 

The most expensive Furby to ever be sold was $100 000 “Jeweled Art” Furby.

 

3)Action figure

An action figure is a poseable character model figure made most commonly of plastic, and often based upon characters from a film, comic book, military, video game or television program; fictional or historical. These figures are usually marketed toward boys and adult collectors.

The term was coined by Hasbro in 1964 to market G.I. Joe to boys (while competitors called similar offerings boy’s dolls).

Gameboy was one of the most successful electronic handhelds of the 90s. Started as a sidekick of NES ( Nintendo Entertainment System), Gameboy became an instant success. A gray rectangle that brought the world of Nintendo wherever you traveled. 

The rarest Gameboy game ever sold was Spud’s Adventure, for $3500

 

 

Pokemon 

Nothing brings back more nostalgia to most of the of the millennials from Pokemon cards. 

The general idea of collecting trading cards, is to collect cards with your favourite actors, sports players or characters. The cards come in a mystery box, so you cannot see what you are buying. This creates an element of randomness, mystery and scarcity.  

The most expensive Pokemon card ever sold was a Charizard-Holo #4 (1st Edition) for $399,750
